Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at businessrizumart@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Warehouse address will be shared on request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care products, customized items, and used products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
